Couldn't have asked for a better fit for us, as he tried to acknowledge all the requirements and requests we, asked for, but also keeping in mind the market and area that we were looking in. After our first contract fell through, John couldn't do more for us than he did, especially knowing how disappointed we were. He was always there for us and when he couldn't, he made sure to find someone that could help, so as not to miss out on anything. For John Burkholder. He showed us every property we had any interest in. Due to the fact that we’re living 5,000 miles away, and a 6 hr time difference, we did all showings via FaceTime and John was alway conscious of the time difference. Closest thing to being there. He managed to help keep us on tract w both our property preferences and price range. We viewed a minimum of 10 properties, finally deciding on one of the last properties which he felt checked most of our boxes, and it did. After our offer price was countered by the seller, he kept us in constant contact, we were then able to make a counter which was accepted. John was my “boots on the ground” during home inspections, and other times when someone had to be at the property. I’m familiar with the home buying process and I never felt alone or handicapped (with my inability to be at the property) knowing John was representing my best interests. We recently purchased a new home and then sold our home through your company. The realtor we worked with was John Burkholder.John was fantastic to work with! We met by chance because a for-sale sign was accidentally placed on a piece of land that we owned. I contacted John and told him this and he took care of it right away. When we talked with him we mentioned that we were looking for some land to build on or a house to purchase. From the time that we talked to him, to the purchase of our new house, John was always in contact with us on parcels of land or houses that we may be interested in. He spent a lot of time working for us and ultimately found us the perfect house! Then when it came to selling the house that we were in, again he was right on the ball! Even after our move, John checked in to see how we were enjoying our new house. The very nice young man who we now consider a friend! Through Divine Intervention, I was seated on a flight up to Roanoke, VA in the row with John, and we had an empty seat between us.
